Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Longpoint, operated by MJL Advisors, Inc, a Florida corporation, with its principal office at 2332 Alaqua Drive, Longwood, Florida 32779, USA. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Longpoint on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Effective date: 2026-05-08.

The service

Longpoint is a software-as-a-service product that helps you draft personal long-term goal visualizations and short reflective video reels using artificial intelligence. The product produces creative interpretations of the inputs you provide. The output is for personal reflection only and is not financial, medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen years old to use Longpoint, and at least eighteen to make a purchase. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Plans, pricing, and auto-renewal

Longpoint is offered as a free Sketch tier and paid subscription tiers (Pathways and Decade), each available monthly or annually, plus one-time credit packs. Prices, features, and limits are listed on the pricing page and may change with prospective notice. All charges are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every twelve months and we will email you a renewal reminder thirty days before each annual renewal. You can cancel anytime in Account → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. By subscribing you authorize MJL Advisors, Inc to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. We persist your acknowledgement of these auto-renewal terms (timestamp, IP address, Checkout session id, checkbox state) for at least three years for compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law and analogous statutes.

Credits

Some generations consume credits from your account ledger. Credits granted with a subscription reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Credits purchased in a one-time pack expire twelve months after purchase, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and once consumed are non-refundable. A generation is “consumed” the moment we begin processing it, even if you abandon the resulting artefact.

Refunds

We honor a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window for any first purchase. Subscription time is refundable on a prorated basis for unused days. Credit packs are refundable only on unconsumed credits. Refunds are processed via Stripe in the original currency and typically arrive 5–10 business days after issuance. Acceptable use

You agree to use Longpoint in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Without limiting that document, you agree not to (a) use Longpoint to generate content targeting minors, (b) impersonate another person, © use the service to manipulate or defraud anyone, (d) probe or attack our infrastructure, or (e) use Longpoint to pose as a licensed professional or to deliver regulated services such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological care.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and project data you submit (“Inputs”). You grant MJL Advisors, Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and process your Inputs solely to operate and improve the service. You own the visualizations, reels, and other artefacts produced for you (“Outputs”), subject to the rights of the underlying foundation-model providers; we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, in accordance with the Content License.

Our intellectual property

The Longpoint name, logo, software, design system, prompts, evaluation rubrics, and underlying technology are owned by MJL Advisors, Inc and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (authentication, payments, generative AI inference, hosting, analytics). Their performance, outages, and changes can affect Longpoint. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable diligence in selecting and supervising them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Outputs are accurate, free of error, or suitable for any decision. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJL Advisors, Inc and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MJL Advisors, Inc against claims arising from your use of the service, your Inputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, expose us to legal risk, or in case of prolonged inactivity. On termination we may delete your data after the retention windows described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms with reasonable advance notice for material changes (typically by email and an in-product notice). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
