Content License

This Content License describes the rights you grant to MJL Advisors, Inc and the rights we grant to you for content created with Longpoint. It is part of the Terms of Service. Effective date: 2026-05-08.

Definitions

“Inputs” are the prompts, project metadata, milestone descriptions, and other materials you submit to Longpoint. “Outputs” are the visualizations, charts, hub-and-spoke layouts, video reels, and similar artefacts the system generates from your Inputs. “Account Data” is the information about you and your account (name, email, billing) and is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Your Inputs remain yours

You retain all rights you had in your Inputs. By submitting Inputs to Longpoint, you grant MJL Advisors, Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, transmit, transform, and process those Inputs as needed to operate the service for you, prevent abuse, debug, and meet legal obligations. The license ends when you delete the Inputs, except for residual operational copies (backups, audit logs) which expire under the retention windows in the Privacy Policy.

Your Outputs

Subject to the rights of the underlying foundation-model providers, you own the Outputs we generate for you in response to your Inputs. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use those Outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use such as printing, embedding in your own work, posting to social media, or sharing with collaborators. Attribution is welcome but not required. The Outputs are provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose; see the AI Disclaimer for the full position on output quality.

Foundation-model rights

Generative-AI providers that power Longpoint may have their own conditions on the use of their model outputs. We track those conditions for the providers we use and structure our license to match what we are allowed to grant. If a provider changes its terms in a way that affects what you can do with previously generated Outputs, we will tell you.

Aggregate, anonymized improvement use

To improve the product we may use aggregated and anonymized signals derived from Inputs and Outputs (counts, prompt lengths, click patterns) without further notice. We will not use the identifiable text of your prompts to train or fine-tune third-party foundation models without your separate, opt-in consent. You can adjust whether your Inputs are eligible to be used for our internal model evaluation in Account → Privacy → Improve Longpoint. Withdrawing this consent does not affect prior aggregated use that has already been incorporated.

Other people in your Inputs

If you mention or describe other identifiable people in your Inputs, you represent that you have a lawful basis to do so and have anonymized appropriately. You must not use the service to generate Outputs about minors or other individuals in ways that would violate the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

Restrictions on Outputs

Even though Outputs are yours, you must not use them to (a) impersonate another person, (b) deliver regulated services such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, © make consequential decisions about others without their knowledge, or (d) violate the Acceptable Use Policy. These restrictions follow from the nature of generative AI; please re-read the AI Disclaimer.

DMCA / takedown

If you believe an Output infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@longpoiint.com with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512©(3): identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We respond within ten business days. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.

Survival

The licenses you grant for Inputs already used to operate the service survive termination only to the extent necessary for backup, audit, and legal hold. The license you receive for Outputs you have downloaded is perpetual.
